Here's an idea, start selling only physical "Gaming" related merchandise and accessories in your physical locations, and develop a new cutting edge app to sell digital games to people on their consoles, PC's, phone's etc. Physical games are dying, like the DVD soon they will both be obsolete technologies, people will look at your physical games like VHS tape's. It is time to evolve. To adapt. Or natural selection will take its course.
