You should have a way to report telephone trouble over the internet. You have a lot of rural area with your neighbor a mile or more. With no cell service in our area we have no way of reporting trouble. If we travel 12 miles to town we have a hard time finding a pay phone. Other local telephone providers provide a way of reporting trouble over the internet. (SAT internet). You do not offer high speed internet in my area.
