Consists of a tool formed for a scraper and one blade, which forming an only body with a U shape, which is able to coupling to the rotating head of the stand mixer quickly.
This tool Interacts with the hook kneader shortening the kneading time and improving the dough quality.
Currently the Stand Mixers don't kneading optimally, coupling this tool the problem it solves.
The tool avoid that the dough coiling to the hook, same time prevents it from adhering to the walls of the bowl, avoiding the use of a scraper to unstick the dough that adheres to the walls of the bowl, shortening the kneading time and improving the quality of the dough and therefore of the final product once baked.
