How he was fired from his job from Horizon High School. He started the program in 1973. Only head coach since. Fired because a disgruntled parent who's kid didn't get enough playing time. Kibler has the most wins all time in AZ. Nationally known HS program and USA National Winning Coach 18u multiple times.
