To whom it may concern. Just an idea listening to "below" average fans looking for a more fun way to watch sports, as well as the "fanatic" to enjoy it even more . Have an animated referee run out at the bottom of the tv screen throwing a flag, when timeouts are called, signaling TD's, FG's. As a play I'd developing in real-time, fans don't know of a flag, until after the play. I think while the play is developing, the camera is following the ball/ ball carrier, you would see animated ref running out at the bottom throwing a flag, if a line judge throws a flag for holding, offsides etc... same for other sports, umpire calling foul ball, strike three calls, etc... any interest, let me know!
