Moving Future Bets That Won't Hit To The Settled Section Of Bets

Essentially I made some super bowl futures for teams that are eliminated yet they still appear in my open section because the actual super bowl hasn't finished. This is not a hard idea to implement into your all's code. Would allow my open bets section to only show the bets that actually still have a chance to win.
