Ive been on over 1800 deliveries, ive put the hours in some days 48hrs straight. 30,000 miles this year alone.
Across 4 states, ct,ma,me,nh,

Merchants: need to be notified what type of dasher is picking up an order. Whether a rookie or a top, platinum(boston trial). We dont need a new employee telling us how to do our job.

Dashers: magnetic air vent hoses; now keep french frys hot, imagine waiting 45 mins and the cheeseburger is still warm.
Dasher reward app. Top dasher/platnum. Spin the wheel everyday to earn points on
lvl 1 window decals, lvl 2 drink carrier, pizza bag lvl 3 hoodies, hats, lvl 10 car give away sweep entries. Catering bags etc.

Nothing sucks more than not knowing how many other drivers are in the area. Maybe for top dashers go on a certain amount of deliveries before the 5pm rush then from 5pm-9pm dashers can go to where their needed. Maybe offer that at like 3 per month.
Tops dashers/platinum(boston trial) need a end dash now button on the screen. I cant count howmany times i try to end a dash and as i hit end dash an order pops up and then i have to wait or take a rating cut.
