First, Cancel your service for the month's of June and July. Most of us use our cell phones for internet usage anyway, Right? Spend the money your saving on electricity to eat at nice restaurants. Wash your clothes at the laundry mat. Take cold showers (actually healthy for you).

Second, when Dominion realizes that they'll be struggling through the months of June and July for service cancelled, very many of their for-profit programs will shut down and increase pressure on the corporate members.

This is what we plan on doing and it will require a grass roots effort to make them realize that we don't necessarily need their power.
