Under the hood where an engine would be would have a pair of wind turbines. Like the turbines used in hydroelectric plants but turned on their side. With three sets of batteries, in theory this car could run forever. Solar panels on the roof to charge and run the electronics inside the vehicle. Could call it the Dodge Vortex
