Safety Cooling Fan

create a safety feature that turns on a fan that pulls in fresh air when the vehicle is setting still and not running, that will automatically turn on when the cab of the vehicle reaches a certain temperature. could be a combo of exhaust fan and another fan that pulls in cooler air from under the vehicle. this could help prevent people and especially children from overheating and dyeing. would help keep the car cool to prevent people from getting to hot in a car that has heated up while sitting in the sun or heat of the day. I think this should be an automatic safety feature in all cars, to many children and pets die from heat exhaustion, this is something that could prevent it or at least allow for a better chance of survival
