Eliminate Bed - Tailgate Gap

When the tailgate is down, there is a large gap between the tailgate and the bed which fills with the debris in the bed when the materials are shoveled or swept out of the bed. The gap must be cleaned out by digging it out by hand before the tailgate can be closed. It also makes a mess on the back bumper.
