One or two horizantal wind turbines could be installed under the hood of an all electric vehicle. The turbines would turn whenever the vehicle moved forward. The turbines would charge th e battery's A vehicle so equipped could go coast to coast nonstop A governor would control a houseing that would control the speed of the turbines. Patent #US7744345B1.
