How about talking to your customers instead of hiding behind your so called customer service. That is pure coward and pretty sad you are afraid to talk to the people that make your company.
It is not the ones who design your vehicles or pick the style or color it is the ones that purchase your vehicles.
And to think you are repaying them by welding new vehicles...I am not ready to loose my loyalty to Dodge but you are making it difficult. I want to talk to someone that actually owns a dodge in your company..someone that cares..someone that has a family..someone that is willing to go the extra mile. My name is Charlie and my number is 614-352-5235. If you don't really care about your people youthat purchase your vehicle then don't call and if know who Chris is you should fire him!
