I would like to hear from your headquarters, not the local owner. Why do you allow a practice of the owner keeping the money placed in the tip basket? Tips are intended for the server employees not owners. This seems a deceptive practice. Do you have a code of ethics for your owners? This reflects poorly on your whole organization. i.e. "Dickeys, the place that takes the kids tips" . Really?? Olympia is a small town where reputation is a big deal. Please advise.
