Im suggesting that the company finds a new kind of paper for their register and customer receipts. The current receipt paper, when exposed to heat no longer shows any ink on the paper which then gives the customer no proof of the purchase and therefore unable to make a.return for receiving their money back and only given a store credit which isn't ok when the customer wants or needs their cash back.
