A utensil that has a hand piece like tongs and the top is shaped in a half moon. It makes it easy to flip your quesadilla without loosing any of the fillings. It also works great for omelets. I have a utility paten and a prototype. I have used it in front of friends and they always ask what it is.
I think it would be great for in home use or commercial use in restaurants. It's not bulky and can be stored easily with your other utensils. So there is nothing extra to "pull" out.
