My experience with Consumer Cellular encourages my suggestion. TELL THE TRUTH about your "service". Activation is not easy, but time consuming with support folk who are not as competent as one would wish. Tell your customers that it will take a minimum of 24 hours to obtain service. Tell them that they will need their old cellphone to receive calls but they may make calls from their new phone. Tell them, as I was told, that this is NORMAL.
