I tried to buy internet from you. Several customer service reps, none of which spoke English as a first language, so I could not understand them. Hire english speaking reps. Also, they insisted on selling me internet not knowing what taxes, fees, rental equipment, activation charges and acp discount would be. Im not gonna buy anything until I know how much it costs. CAble tv does the same. $39 for cable, $399 for activation fees, equipment fees, one time fees, repeating fees, taxes, and any additional fees you can think of.
