Self Defence Watch

Respected sir/mam,
I would like the idea of Self Defense Watch to your company. It's my approach towards making this society, this world altogether a better place to live in for women. Please help me make my aspirations come true by allowing your company to work with me develop these watches & to sell them in the market so that women could defend themselves from any kind of abuse, attack and kidnapping.
Title: Self Defense Watch (S.D.W.)
Brief write up: In this watch there would be a removable lid under which lies a metal wire connected to a lithium ion battery. On pressing a button the current from battery will go to the wire and will heat it up to a high temperature(it will take around 2-3 minutes).Then the victim have to just take one simple step any how bring the body of the criminal/attacker in contact with the hot wire so to give him 1st or 2end degree burns. This gadget works on the simple principle of 'heating effect of electric current'. The battery used to heat the wire would be re-chargeable so that it can be used more than one time. In today`s, especially in India women are at high risk of being abused so they should have a way to defend themselves against these criminal. Other equipment like tear gas etc. are usually less effective and are easily snatched from victim`s hands, other drawback of these are that women keep this kind of things in their purse or bag, so during an attack it takes a lot of efforts and time to use this plus if by mistake the women spray this on the clothes or body of the criminal other than the face then they have negligible effect.
Benefits of (S.D.W.) over other equipments:
Easily to use as being a watch it is always tied to the hand.
A lot more effective than any other gadget available.
Can be used several times as it has a rechargeable battery.
It has multiple uses.
It can easily be produced.
It can be repaired easily.

After all, this gadget will play a key role in improving the society and saving thousands of women from abuse and any other crime.
This can even be used by anyone in the society because crimes like kidnapping, theft and murder can happen with any one so from a child to an elderly person anyone can use this. The biggest advantage of this is that it gives the victim enough time to run and call for help.
Synopsis:
Working:
To make this watch we need to attach a simple electronic circuit to a normal watch. The circuit will consist of a thick copper wire, a lithium ion battery (preferably circular in shape), high quality wiring and a removable lid of thermosetting plastic. Calculations done below are to find the amount of electric energy required to raise the temp. of wire to 100oC.
Amount of electric energy required:
Let the mass of copper wire be =10 g
Rise in temp (assuming the initial temp of wire be 30degree Celsius) = 70 C
Specific heat capacity of water=0.09cal/g
By the formula q=m*s*t
We have q=10*0.09*70=63 joules
Thus we need 63 joules to raise the temp of copper wire from 30 C to 100 C now a day's small battery can easily store up to 3600 joules.
Materials required:
 One lithium ion battery of 1000-3000 mAh
 One smart/normal watch
 10-5 grams of copper wire

To start we'll attach the battery at the base of a normal watch then we'll attach the copper wire to the battery and also connect it to a switch. We'll connect this circuit to a switch.
In this case the heat will easily transfer to user's hand causing severe burns so we'll insulate this with a rubber covering around the whole circuit, then it would be covered by a separate plastic covering attached to it by glue. At the top of the circuit there would be the coil of copper wire (fig 0.4). At the end the copper wire would be covered by a removable plastic lid. There would be a hole in the plastic covering so that the head of the switch could come out.
