Answer your phones, don't keep people on hold for 30 minutes or longer. It is real simple, and it matters who is on the other end a Doctor, Nurse, patient. I have never had such a problem with a Pharmacy. It has now been 3 days and I have not heard a word on my refills??? This is just "BAD PRACTICE"- CVS just lost a lot of refills - Never going back...
