How about doing away with the conventional pvr receivers, and have all the customer programming stored at bell.
A customer could log into their bell TV profile, and operate their Tv fro their iphone or ipad. The customer could bring up the guide, set recordings and watch recorded tv just the same as having the dust collecting PVR clunker.

It would also give the freedom to move your flat screens where you want them and not be constricted to whre the cables are.
