Belkin Service Improvement Idea

When you get $80 for internet service... give $80 of internet service. The internet won't load any videos ever. Won't load google or any other search engine. I literally don't use the internet that I pay for every month. I use the data/hot-spot off of my phone. S'sad (so sad).
