First of all, I am very disappointed that i cannot rate The Shameless Regime lower than 1 star.
I placed an order with this "company" for their "product" and was charged for it but never received anything. Not a huge order. About $4 for a sampler pack. That was 2 months ago.
I never received any kind of confirmation so I was concerned that my order had been overlooked. I was told that it had been but that "I personally will make sure it is sent out tomorrow morning". Okay, not a huge deal. I understand things like that happen so I thanked them and mentioned again that i had not received any kind of confirmation. A week later I still had received no confirmation or a package. So I contact them again and they apologize but assure me that it is on the way. At this point I am concerned that it is a scam since I have still not seen any kind of confirmation which 99% of companies send out after you place an order and it doesn't take over a week to send anything across the country. 3 weeks after my order has been placed I contact them again and I am assured that it has been shipped and it is on the way. Five days later I ask for another update and to inform them I will be contacting Facebook(since I had ordered it through their Facebook page) to let them know that Shameless is possibly a scam and FB should remove their shop page so others do not have the experience that i have had. I received an answer from Shameless that they would be refunding my money and I could keep the items that had already been sent. That's the least they could do if in fact they are a real company.
Fast forward a few days and the "CEO" of Shameless contacts me saying that I can keep the items that have been sent and that he is refunding my money and sending me a package of products worth $50 dollars. I'm not holding my breath. Two weeks later I still have not received anything. I contact them again stating that I will be continuing my complaint with Facebook to see their page removed and that I still have not seen a refund. I received this message in response. This is the entire message verbatim:
"Are you serious man? Jerry, no one has scammed anyone. We've refunded your $4. We intended to send you a $50 package for free, but instead we feel it's necessary to refuse you our service altogether. Have a nice day."
Besides the blatant disrespect to a customer, what service? I never received anything. I was lied to over and over again. My package has taken over a month to get across the country at this point. Is it still on the way? No mention of my package being on the way. No apology. I still have not seen anything.
I have ordered probably a dozen sample packs from different small companies to help decide if I want to buy more of their items and this is the only problem i have had. They all arrive within a week or so no matter where they are coming from and they all send some kind of confirmation. This is either a fake company to scam people or it is real but they are just really terrible. I will update if a package does arrive or if I finally see a refund but, like I said before, I'm not holding my breath.
***Update***
Within about 10 minutes of posting the original review above I received a message from them saying they are refunding my money. I also received a message from Facebook confirming that they refunded it. It's just really sad that it had to go this far. It's only $4 dollars. It was never about the money. The blatant lying and disrespect to someone who has made a purchase was unbelievable. This is a small company(assuming it exists) not some huge big box store. They should care more about each customer since there are not a whole lot of them.

The "CEO" contacted me and once again said "All of this over $4". I let him know that I was leaving negative reviews on yelp and other sites and his exact verbatim response was "Cool story bro." I really don't get how it is so hard to understand that this is not about the money. It's just sad that people think they can scam others in a time when we should be coming together to stand up to big money influences in our society. The little guys should be helping each other instead of stealing from one another.
