I think frenchy vanilla would be good with toppings on top of it. Or the ice cream used for a banana split.

Vanilla is my favorite ice cream flavor but what is really even better than that is French Vanilla. I know you used to have it and then retired it. Why don't you bring it out of retirement? I don't think French vanilla is very happy in retirement. I'd be a big supporter of that old flavor going back to work for you.
