The Next Big Thing:
I'm a cake decorator at one of your locations and I often get asked if we sell ice cream cupcakes.
If we started having cakes in premaded trays similar to the lava cake trays, had a mold for mini domes for ice cream to put on top and then top it with colorful pastry pride, sprinkles on top and possibly the option of a plastic decoration (ring,sign,etc..)
This could easily sell and would be very quick addition to the cape display cases. I know having polor pizzas making a comeback has been popular and a fun topic to tell customers about. Many people love that the pizzas come presliced, which cupcakes have that same appeal.
I haven't seen anyone corner the market of ice cream cupcakes and I truly believe Baskin Robbins can make big profits on this idea and gain more public appeal.
