Shopping For Accessories

Amazon.com Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 1 year ago

Whenever I'm shopping for, as an example, a new case and protective screen for my new phone, I don't want you to sell me every flippin' case on the market. Why not make it User Friendly by asking intelligent questions: What brand, make and model is your new phone? Wireless earbuds? Video projector? WHATEVER? And then do something really unique: ONLY SHOW ACCESSORIES FOR THE PRODUCT I ALREADY OWN?

Seriously, why can't we specify what product we own, and then have the options to shop by brand, color, size, price, again WHATEVER?

You'd save TONS on returns because the odds of getting the wrong item would be negligible!

I just bought a Yamaha Piccolo Trumpet and I want to buy a specific mouthpiece.

Showing me case options for 437 different phones, of which I ONLY HAVE ONE, is BLOODY POINTLESS!

Your approval ratings would go up, returns would go down, profitability would increase... I can NOT find a downside.

Because your damn'd site just wants to sell, Sell, SELL NO MATTER WHAT, you've wasted my time, money, gasoline and did everything you could to help me hit maximum pisstivity before 10 AM rather than making it clear and simple.
