Extra Security For Customers And Delivery Driver's For Amazon

Because I've noticed a lot of people do not feel quite confident with their packages being place inside their homes by a Amazon driver's , and their safety for personal security isn't being met for those . Why not just place a one time security lock on the packages that can still be left outside their home that after they enter the one time code / maybe one they prechoose prior to delivery. Then they can remove the one time locks and ship them back to Amazon with the return bag/label included with shipments. Thank you
