Elephant tag or e-tag is an Ongoing registry for everyone(that connects with wish list) that you can add to by taking a photo of the product or service you want or just looking it up. Upon taking a picture of it it will then ask you if you'd etag it so everyone knows you like it. This app/feature also reminds you through calendar of your friends and families special events and holidays along with what that family member had "e-tagged" weeks in advance so you don't forget and solving the problem of "what the hell do I get for mom?"
There is more to it and more detail but I'd love to talk about it if you want to use it. It's perfect for Amazon.
