Actually, I order one product on 25th sep 2021, but, received different brand product on 03rd oct 2021. So, I replaced it on 03rd oct 2021. Now, again 2nd time I received different brand product.
Finally, I request for refund.
My Loss : 15 days time and my money block for 20 days
My suggest : you have to make policy for penalty for this type of seller and this amount give to customer as companion.
Effect : Customer more happy with compensation and more loyal with Amazon and seller will be very careful when he deliver some thing
