Buy Dollar General , have those almost 3,000 stores as charging stations for delivery vehicles and or drone landing spots throughout the country. Have them also as return sites for Amazon Items damaged or not wanted. Dollar General also has warehouses and trucks throughout the country as well for more hubs and delivery options.
