instead of giving discount
use this idea
advertize the bidding
start with limited bidding
for example 5 units
those who bid max price will win the speaker
for example 2427,2426, 2447, 2499 like this
and put the condition that to bid you should invest that amount through amazon pay balance and if they won't win the bid amount will be refunded to pay balance
and those who win the bid can only replace the item and they cant return the item . make sure of this
