since Amazon is already offering coinstar gift cards in exchange for loose pocket change, and due to a large coin shortage due to covid-19, I think adding a bill pay option to Amazon would be a genius idea. People could use Amazon gift cards to make purchases online or decide to pay their utility or any other bills linked to their Amazon account. This will make life easier for most people and will also bring more attention to the Amazon shopping experience.
