Slim Small Pocket Phone That Pairs With My New Alcatel 3V

My 3V is essentially replacing my iPad with it's capabilities and big screen. I'd like to have a matching sync'd 'baby' phone that is real small thin 2.5"x 1.75" & thin & can slide in any small pocket .. just to get texts and calls with, so I don't have to lug around my big 3v. I know the new watch would be the thing to buy, but I like stylish things and wouldn't wear a big clunky watch (I'm female)
