Make it possible to only submit the new paperwork from the physician if it states "no work". Having to submit all of the claim paperwork each time is a nightmare. Make it possible to submit all claim paperwork online, not just a few select claim types. Otherwise get rid of the smart claim box at the bottom of the screen. It's frustrating to click smart claim, then have to go through all the steps only to be told that you have to mail or fax in the paperwork.
