Allow Solar Disconnect Box To Be Located Behind APS Locked Gate

Solar disconnect switches are not locked and anyone walking down the street can instantly identify which homes have solar and which do not. My panels are hidden from view and I prefer that to remain so. The switch box outside my APS locked gate tells the world I have solar. This is unsafe for my family. PLUS anyone can come up and shut my solar power off as these switches are not lockable. They are only lockable in the OFF position! Lot of good that does if the grid goes down. My system will allow a small amount of power to generate even in grid down scenarios and I do not want some yahoo who is searching for good food in an active refrigerator/freezer to invade my home because they are starving!!
