Does Uber notify it's drivers that personal auto policies do not cover transporting person for a fee (livery coverage). This activity is actually excluded on personal auto policies. Do they make sure that the drivers using their own personal autos have livery coverage added to their policies or that they have purchased separate coverage for this. Since Uber could be held vicariously liable for accidents or injuries to the passengers - this would be a good idea.
