Exclude Outliers From Rating

While calculating rating, Uber should ignore outlier such as 1-star rating, unless a reason was given. I am a passenger and my rating dropped suddenly after one trip and I have no idea why. There wasn't any incident during the trip. It should be mandatory to provide explanation when someone gives 1 or 2 stars.
