How To Significantly Reduce Electric Vehicle Charge Time

This is especially beneficial for long distance driving greater than the EV's range.
In each EV create/install a charging system which accepts multiple charging cables which can be plugged into the EV and charge specific sections of the battery system. Essentially charge sections of the battery system in parallel.
If there is only one cable available then allow that cable to charge the EV's entire battery system.

Example, If 4 charging ports are available in an EV, the charge time could be reduced to 25%.
If distance from Michigan to Florida is 1400miles.
If EV range is 300miles, 1400miles/300miles = 4.7 times for recharge. So this requires 5 charge times.
Using 50kW Rapid Charge, charge 300miles is about an hour. Using 4 cables simultaneously this is reduced to 15minutes.

This is a significant improvement in reducing or eliminating range anxiety which is preventing me and likely many others from buying an electric vehicle. I really hope Tesla designs and implements this charging option.
