Wireless Charging Smartphones, Visual Signals During Charging

Dear ladies and gentlemen.
I use the latest original Samsung wireless fastcharging pod in combination with a Galaxy s6 which is running on Marshmellow 6.0.1.
The problem is: visibility during wireless charging.
I keep the phone in a wallet case, and put it on the wireless charger. It charges well, but it's harder to find the sweet spot than without case, of course.
The pod gives a blue light during charging, but the visual signals on the phone are too little, especially during daylight from a little distance.
Many people charge the phone in a case, but you have to put it exactly right on the pod otherwise it doesn't charge. An extra visual check across the screen would be very helpful!
The Galaxy s6 displays a little circle when wireless charging starts, but only for a second.
QUESTION: is it possible to add the option (to Android OS or to the phone itself) to show a permamanent visual charging sign across the screen?
