Weather Condition As It Appears

Hi my name is omar.
I have a suggestion for apple company about its Mobile iPhone 7 or the next upcoming generation. My suggestion is why the phone doesn't have an option or a feature that shows the sunrise and sunset on the phone screen, beside the weather condition. For instance: if the weather is raining the iPhone's screen immediately shows a video picture from the area that the customer is in that weather is raining now I mean it gives him the exact weather condition as it appears outside.
