my idea is up grade or have a phone specifically for the visual impaired. since they are unable to see I believe that their other senses should be used like their sense of touch...their fingers can be used to navigate their own screen as well as their voice, similar to how alexa works, this system can in implanted into a phone so that the individual can use their voice as well to navigate the phone.
