Upright Phone Taking Panoramic Pics

My idea is a way to use the phone upright and thus easier to take pictures but there should be a button that turns the picture capture sideways so the picture turns out wide and not up and down. In other words take the picture upright push a button and the display would turn wide and it would take it panoramic. Push the button again and the setting goes back to upright.
