Basically - any phone that needs a login password or finger swipe should work.
Disable the POWER button on the phone so it only works when the password/fingerprint is used. This way, if your phone is stolen, they can't turn it off. Holding down the Power Button should allow you to RESTART the phone only (with no secure password) but never allow you to turn it off.
If the phone can only be turned off with the security password/fingerprint - then people can't steal your phone as easy, because you can trace it.
Right now, everyone who steals phones (tabs etc) just turns the item off. Remove that problem, so within 30 seconds you can call your phone/trace it online.
