Speakers On The Front Or Bottom And An Sd Card Slot

I'm wondering who I send this message to regarding Samsung smart phones. I see the new Galaxy Note 5 is coming out soon, I just want to say Samsung you should listen to customers who buy the phones. Two things a lot of people definately DON'T want to see on phones are a speaker on the back and the lack of a micro sd card slot. I mean with regards to the speaker, what kind of idiot puts a speaker on the back? When your phone is on it's back facing upwards you can barely hear the phone ring or a text alert come in unless you're in a quiet envoirenment. Plus Apple always make their spl out of the calls and texts loud which is about the only decent thing about Apple phones. Samsung just never seem to think about the fact people might be on busy streets with a lot of cars and people. In envoirenments such as that you can barely hear most Samsung phones.
