Regardless of how good the battery life on your cellphone is, charging your phone can be inconvenient. You might not have a charger with you or you might be in the middle of something important.

A solar self-charging cellphone would have the capability to charge with a wall adapter but could alternatively capture solar energy. While there are solar chargers on the market, a solar self charging cellphone does not appear to be public.
