Solar Cell Phones

My idea came to me when I was sitting in the sun, and my cell phone had a low battery. I thought that it would be a great feature if a phone could be charged by the sun (like Texas Instrument calculators 40 years ago). I would certainly buy a phone that could be charged without having to plug it in.
