Smoke Detector & Motion, Panic Alarm With Emergency Location

The idea came to me that there are so many emergency issues going around in areas near you and most of the time no one know's about it or hear about it a few hours to late. With social media trying to help via whats-app opening groups you have to join and every now and then someone irritates the living hell out of others by sending something not really appropriate to the group. I think there could be some sort of additional function added into every Samsung mobile phone that could identify something such as a smoke detector in case of fire sending a location to a few people you would like to come and assist with your emergency even if you don't even know about it (while sleeping ext). Something like an motion detector sending an emergency location to the people you would like to assist. If there is nothing wrong and you are in no emergency some would have eventually called or you could call them or send a message don't worry got it under control via the function. A panic voice function could be added to activate the emergency location to be send.

Well just an idea for the future.
