Intro: An app that needs to be installed on ALL phones produced AND a law to make people in stall it on their phone. If stop'd or checked and do not have it installed a fine of three times the worth of their phone for the first offence, six times the worth of their phone , three times, take it away from them for a year & no other phones for one year ! This means, NOT USING ANOTHER PERSONS PHONE, ONLY 911 calls can be made.
Now: the idea.
Design an app that when a phone is moving more than five MPH, the phone will not work, period ! You can use GPS to do it. This will eliminate the texting and reading while driving anything, Bike,motorcycle,car,truck,etc.. This will not only save lives, it will teach the masses to use a phone correctly. This will P.O. most people BUT, better P.O'd. than dead !
