Samsung watch should monitor person's heart beat every few minutes while they are sleep and if no heart beat registered loud alarm should go off on the watch and phone.Also you should be avail to setup phone numbers that it would call in case of heart failure and have option to call 911. I lost two of my best friends from heart failure, one just last year and he died in bed listing to music, when his Mom Dad found him he had been dead for 10 hours and they were in bedroom next door ,they normally heard him snore but that night didn't hear anything if he had this device they would have heard something.
