Samsung Phones In Water

Hi my name is Mike I recently lost a s5 active in a river got to thinking and it would be nice if samsung made a phone water resistant that floated or went to like 5 or 6 feet and popped little bags to make it float easy to find for those that spend a lot of time on the river or lakes and falls in the water will be able to find phone instead of losing the only phone you have and closest store to get new phone is 4 hrs away
